Weekend In Review

What a fun weekend!! On Friday night, Shayne went over to his captain's house & hung out with his crew (and played a little poker :), and my mom invited the kids spent the night .... so, that left me at home ALONE!!!! :) I called a few friends over, kinda last minute, and we scrapbooked & talked until 2 am!!! So much fun - thanks guys, I need that!! :) Tasha & I ate at the new Pirates that just opened up! (Yeah! Now we have about 6 places to choose from out here!! :) Of course, neither of us eat fish - I get the chicken nuggets & she gets the burritos!! :)

Well, on Saturday, (after sleeping in for the first time in YEARS - thanks MOM, I needed that too!!), Madelyn, Noah & I went to see a play with Elena & Isabela! We saw "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day"!! It was pretty good!! The Tempe Center For The Arts is so nice!! The kids loved the water outside - it was pretty neat!

As for Sunday, we went to church (Shayne & I are now nursery leaders!!), and then came home and just hung out for the rest of the day!! (My family decided to have our Mother's Day dinner next week, since we all had som much going on this week!)

So that was about it!! We spent a TON in gas this weekend, but we had a good time doing it!! :)
