Well, it's official - Madelyn is now a Metal Mouth!! :) She went to the orthodontist today & had the expander installed!! She talks funny & doesn't think this is gonna be a fun 9 months!!! Her favorite treat in the world is popcorn & she found out today that she can't have it!!! :( (Not to mention, no sticky candy and no gum!!) We have to tighten it 3x's per week! They gave her a bag with a few "dental tools", and she was most excited about the travel toothbrush & the dental mirror!! :) Hopefully, this won't be too painful for her, and will eliminate the need for braces!! :)

Holy Moly!! That is a bunch of metal...It is a good thing she is not allergic to metal like Sarina was. Wow, Madelyn you better not be taking any airplane trips any time soon because the metal detector will definately go off :-) Hope all goes well and that it is not too painful. See you guys soon.

I can't believe it!!! My tiny little buddy Bubba is getting so old =( That is a ton of metal, we should see if any magnets stick.hahahaha We love you Bubbs =)
