Update

If you have invited us somewhere recently & we haven't been able to make it - called us & we haven't answered or returned your call - or seen us out in public & we didn't acknowledge you - - PLEASE don't be offended!!!! We have been packing a little EVERY day, dealing with end of the year stuff for 2 classrooms, (last day isn't til the 9th!!) and going to appointments in between!! PHEW!! Our poor little baby just gets moved from the couch - to the bouncy seat - to the crib - to the bed - to the Boppy ....... it's a good thing that I have to sit & feed her every 2 hours or I just might not ever hold her!!!! (OK so it's really not THAT bad, but I am soooo blessed that she is so good!!) :)

Speaking of the little princess - we went to the dr. today & she's weighing in at 12.5 lbs & is 23 inches!! Growing like a little (chunky) weed!! :)

Madelyn had her last cottage fair, "American Boutique" & here are a few pictures:

They learned all about American Indians & made some cool projects! For some reason, she was quite embarrased when I was taking pictures!!

Noah had a "cowboy round-up" last week & had lots of fun! They made vests & hats, and had hotdogs, beans & smores!! (Of course, Noah had to inform me that the beans gave him some toots!! - Boys!!) :)

Both kids got to go to the 100-hour Reading Party this year!! At Edu-Prize, they keep track of their reading hours each month, and the kids that have read at least 100 hours get to go to a water party! They had big water slides, bouncers & fun water games!! Madelyn's party was today, Noah's was yesterday and Shayne was a great dad & helped both times!!!

As for Hunter, he & I have been hangin' out a lot lately!! :) We've gone to the movies the past 2 Tuesdays, (summer movie program), have been going for hour-long walks almost every day, and went to the mall today after the doctor!! We ate at Subway & he said, "hey this is Subway, eat fresh!!" He doesn't really watch as much tv as it sounds!!! :)
