Today was Madelyn's 3rd Cottage Fair at school! (A "Cottage" is a thematic unit, and before they switch units, we get to go to the school & see all of their work & projects they've done!) This Cottage was "Sweet Shop", and they learned about food & nutrition! They did lots of taste-testing, made a cute class cookbook, & even went on a field trip to a dairy! Today, they had a pot luck in her class & I brought Baked Ziti! It was fun! I even got to see my bishop's wife from over 10 years ago!! (Her grandaughter's in Madelyn's class!!) --Such a small world!! :)
